CLEARWATER – United Development Systems Inc. has been named the top F&I training provider in the 2011 Dealers’ Choice Awards. It’s the seventh consecutive win for UDS, which has taken the F&I Trainer award since Auto Dealer Monthly began the program in 2005.
“We have always believed that our training initiatives play a critical role in the overall success of our dealer development efforts,” said Randy Crisorio, the company’s president and CEO. “Earning our seventh consecutive Diamond Award confirms that our dedication brings desired results to our dealer partners, and that’s satisfying.”
The Dealers’ Choice Awards are voted on by dealers and dealership personnel and were designed to recognize the vendors, suppliers and other industry professionals that support dealership operations, reported F&I and Showroom.

LAS VEGAS – The organizers of the first annual Agent Summit have announced that Randy Crisorio, president of Clearwater, Fla.-based United Development Systems Inc. (UDS), will deliver the event’s keynote address.
“I am thrilled to have an opportunity to share 30-plus years of experience with the attendees of the inaugural Agent Summit,” Crisorio said Thursday. “They can expect an interactive session loaded with ideas that will expand the level at which they compete.”
Crisorio, who also will serve on the Agent Summit advisory board, will present “The Value of Agents and Agencies” on Day 2 of the event. His speech will address several topics, most notably the unique role that agents and agencies serve in the automotive retail and finance industry. Crisorio also will outline several of the benefits of working with agents, including customized offerings and local availability.

CLEARWATER, Fla. – United Development Systems, Inc. (UDS) has launched the UDS Webinar Series – aimed at bringing its award-winning F&I Training directly to its partners.
“Our promise to our dealer partners is monthly training on various F&I related topics,” said Randy Crisorio, UDS president and CEO. “Using webinar technology will allow us to more conveniently and consistently deliver on that promise to present quality F&I training solutions.”
The UDS Webinar Series will consist of monthly online sessions covering a variety of F&I-related topics. Planned topics will range from The F&I Interview Process, to Lender Relations, Compliance, and AutoMenu(TM) Selling Strategies.
Each webinar will last 60 minutes or less, enabling even the busiest of managers an opportunity to login and participate. Additionally, UDS dealer partners will have unlimited access to archived sessions via its websites’ partner portal.
