NAC Announces New Vice President of Sales


WESTERVILLE, Ohio – NAC, a developer and administrator of service contract products and services, has hired Stephen Anderson as vice president of sales. In his new role, Anderson will expand, create and lead new sales and training initiatives for NAC, and
its sales team, agents and clients throughout North America.

“From the start, I was impressed with NAC’s outstanding team of people and their dedication to answering customer needs with agility, flexibility and a can-do attitude,” Anderson said about his decision to join NAC. “I look forward to driving profitable growth for NAC, getting back to the basics of this industry, and having a lot of fun.”

Anderson comes to NAC with more than 35 years of experience in the automotive industry, over which he grew and developed – from trade-schooled mechanic, to claims customer service, into service contract sales and technology – to become a well-respected sales management executive. He is a dynamic leader with an impressive background that includes industry-changing software systems design and implementation for aftermarket products.

Anderson’s experience also includes fixed operations, fleet leasing, customer service and sales training. Prior to his position at NAC, Anderson was the Western U.S. sales manager for Warranty Solutions – a part of Wells Fargo Dealer Services – in Denver, where he was responsible for supporting both agents and corporate sales reps, and was instrumental in the development of business-to-business web initiatives (e-contracting, online contract registration and claims submission), as well as many of their dealer participation, reinsurance and retrospective commission programs in place today.

NAC Joins OptionSoft Menu Provider Platform


WESTERVILLE, Ohio – NAC has joined OptionSoft’s national provider network. OptionSoft, located in Malta, NY, is a provider of automotive software solutions and provides electronic solutions for compliance and increased product sales throughout the dealership.

OptionSoft provides complete electronic solutions including rating, contracting, signature, remittance and a bi-weekly payment program. The company also offers its dealers a full line up of training modules and business management reporting and development tools to assist the dealer in monitoring and managing their business.

NAC Promotes Christina Schrank to VP of Marketing


WESTERVILLE, Ohio — NAC (formerly National Auto Care), a provider and administrator of vehicle service contract products and services, has promoted Christina Schrank to vice president of marketing. She will have the primary responsibility for marketing NAC’s products, services and programs to clients within the automotive industry.

“Christina is a valued member of NAC’s team and has played a key part in our continued success. We were thrilled to promote her to this vital position, and pleased to provide this opportunity to such a long-term, dedicated employee,” said Pete Biscardi, president of NAC. “Christina’s extensive knowledge of NAC’s products, services, and the challenges facing today’s automotive industry, provide a unique edge in developing marketing strategies and product offerings that will be in-tune with our objectives and will ensure customer satisfaction.”

Schrank joined the company in 1995 as a marketing assistant. Over the past 15 years, she rose to several supervisory and management positions in marketing research and consulting; rates and underwriting, client relations and operations.

For the past three years, Schrank has held the position of director of operations at NAC. She has been instrumental in building strong relationships with NAC’s agency network and industry partners, streamlining operation processes and procedures, and overseeing marketing initiatives – including advertising and tradeshows.

Schrank received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Franklin University. She currently serves as NAC’s secretary to the board of directors, and is a member of both the Women’s Automotive Association International and the National Association of Professional Women. She is a current nominee for Automotive News’ 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry.

Finance Express Fully Integrates With NAC


Rancho Santa, Calif. – NAC (National Auto Care Corp.) will be incorporating Finance Express’ products and services into its dealer management platform.
