Excellent article, the numbers don't lie as they say. An F&I sub par performer has an opportunity to analyze his or her performance based on microscopic details of how many products they presented and how much time they spent presenting them and then make adjustments to help improve their performance. The performance tracking tools I'm familiar with in Impact's Fusion menu have helped many F&I personnel address areas that needed improvement, from feedback I have to say at first they tended to view them as "big brother" watching in, until they saw how these tools and reports actuslly helped them to analyze their shortcoming and thus focus on certain areas to help increase their earnings substantially.
