Don't dump them if there is a problem but talk to them like a regular boss would. Everyone needs a another chance to correct the problem. Along the way decisions will have to be made about finances, programs and activities, management, bylaws and headquarters. It requires hard work and careful planning. As people band together for a common goal, however, they realize they can achieve far more collectively than by working alone. If you are thinking about starting an association. I have and always will hold inspectors accountable for poor quality inspections. I have set high standards to always try to do a good job. I have the ability to identify the guys that try hard, verses the guys that are sloppy. Please count on us with this goal.
