In 1996 National Automotive Experts (NAE) was founded by industry professionals in Cleveland, Ohio. Located in a state-of-the-art 17,000 square foot facility, NAE offers turn-key, plug-in solutions to dealers, and is nimble and responsive to industry demands. NAE’s program has the ability produce real time production reports for dealers on a consistent basis through our own state of the art communications system (OAMS). OAMS allows for real time email communication on ALL claims. All claim activity is instantly e-mailed to key dealership employees. It allows all customer communication and account activity to be archived. Along with our constant communication, NAE also has the ability for e-Rating, e-Contracting and e-Remitting; eliminating eligibility and accounting errors.
